What Is the role?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our growing team as Full Stack Software Developer. Reporting to the CEO the Developer will play a key role in the provision of solutions to new and existing customers. Being a small company the role will be wide ranging and give you exposure to new technologies, challenging problems and great career development.

Responsibilities

• Delivering solutions for new and existing customers based on their business requirements.
• Achieving an in-depth understanding of the JEM platform and its use by customers.
• Ensuring customer support issues are resolved within SLAs.
• Coaching junior members of the development team.
• Introduction of new methodologies and processes for Development / QA / Testing.

Requirements

• Significant coding experience in industry with a solid foundation in Java
• Experience of working in a larger software development organisation, with exposure to modern development methodologies
